Thanks to the folks at Carnegie Mellon, the internet has a never-ending source of random word pairings. Get a Captcha text box (hopefully one that makes sense). Refresh until you get something you can draw. You're welcome to use Paint, Photoshop, real pictures, scanned scribbles in your notebook, cave paintings, whatever.
